Job Description	A Business Development Manager is responsible for: • Agent tie-up (Agents earn commission for the business sourced by them) • Helping Agents in getting their certification • Training Agents • Managing the Agents • Motivating the Agents to source business • Lead agency force to achieve agreed levels of productivity

The candidate should be atleast B.Com. / BMS. Freshers are also welcome. Basic knowledge of Financial accounting is a must with good oral and written communication skills. The candidate should have basic skills of using MS word, excel and power point.

The job profile will include support in assignment execution, extensive interaction with clients, travel to client places (outside Mumbai) for onsite support.
