Trainee Customer Service Associate (front end) –

Responsible to greet and interact with the customers, to probe and understand their needs, to offer the appropriate products, to educate them about the products offered and to handle the customer complaints. Responsible to maintain proper display of merchandises, to ensure store is clean and tidy, to be aware of targets to be achieved & slow and fast moving products, to keep oneself updated about gaming industry and new products launched. To look after billing and cashiering for customers and open / close the store in absence of Store Supervisor.

Package Offered: from 84 K to 1.08 Lakh CTC per annum
