Role Objective
To manage market share of HT at designated center.
To adhere to pre fixed sales targets, through Vendor Management.
To increase visibility & top of the mind recall through conceptualizing, planning & effectively executing ground level activities viz. Events & Promotions.
To ensure 100% compliance to accounting & recovery procedures.
To manage and track competition.
Key Result Areas
Daily and timely reporting at the Centre, i.e. before the Centre start time (5am)
To maintain /Grow HT publications from current levels
To minimize the Unsolds
Ensure proper vendor management by addressing trade issues timely
Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any
