Position Responsibilities
Role Objective	To manage market share of HT at designated center. To adhere to pre fixed sales targets, through Vendor Management. To increase visibility & top of the mind recall through conceptualizing, planning & effectively executing ground level activities viz. Events & Promotions. To ensure 100% compliance to accounting & recovery procedures. To manage and track competition.
Key Result Areas	Daily and timely reporting at the Centre, i.e. before the Centre start time (5am) To maintain /Grow HT publications from current levels To minimize the Unsolds Ensure proper vendor management by addressing trade issues timely Timely resolution of customer complaints, if any

BTC MARKETING INTERNSHIP (HUGE REQUIREMENT)

Project:

BTC World is a franchisee holder of Speakasiaonline.com. Students will be recruited for BTC World and will be working on a project called Speakasiaonline.com. Students are required to prepare presentations for the company (speakasiaonline.com) and pitch to corporate and present it to executives of the corporate. All the matter for the presentations will provided by the company. This will help the students to face the corporate world and will be coming into contact with corporate executives.

Job Description-

1. Searching for corporate through net and other sources.

2. Finding Contact No.

3. Taking Appointments.

4. Coordinating with concerned person.

5. Giving Presentation to clients.

6. Giving proper procedure of registration to the clients.

7. Enrolling Panelist.

8. Training Panelist.

9. Market Research through web and other sources.

10. Promoting Company.

11. Maintaining good relations with clients.

12. Maintaining Daily records.

13. Reporting to the senior.

14. Attaining Target.   

Skills Required –

1. Should be fluent in English and Hindi.

2. Should have basic knowledge of computers.

3. Should be Self-motivated.

4. Should possess good communication skills.

Stipend - Rs. 1500/ month + T.A. + Mobile Expenses+ Incentives.
